Section 495A-141-140 - Impounding disabled, inoperative, or abandoned vehicles

(1) Disabled, inoperative, or abandoned vehicles shall not be parked on the campus for a period exceeding twenty-four hours, without authorization from the director of safety and security or designee.

(2) Vehicles parked over twenty-four hours without authorization may be impounded and stored at the expense of either or both the owner and operator of the vehicle.
