Section 480-70-116 - Certificates, sale, lease, assignment, transfer or mortgage(1) A company must obtain commission approval before it may sell, assign, lease, transfer, or mortgage its certificate, or any portion of the operating authority described in its certificate.(2) To obtain commission approval for sale, assignment, lease, transfer or mortgage, all parties to the transaction must file a joint application with the commission.Wash.
