Section 480-15-350 - Setting an application for hearing

The commission may hold a hearing or brief adjudicative proceeding on any application for permanent authority if it is necessary to resolve outstanding issues or concerns related to fitness, public interest, public convenience and necessity or any other issue resulting from a compliance review, audit, inspection report, complaint or public comment. See chapter 480-07 WAC for rules governing hearings and brief adjudicative proceedings.
