Section 478-121-165 - Unauthorized recording(1) Unauthorized recording includes, but is not limited to: (a) Making audio, video, digital recordings, or photographic images of a person without that person's consent in a location where that person has a reasonable expectation of privacy; or(b) Storing, sharing, publishing, or otherwise distributing such recordings or images by any means.(2) When such recordings may fall within WAC 478-121-153 Sexual exploitation, they will be addressed in accordance with that provision and related policies.Wash.
