Section 478-121-130 - Failure to comply Failure to comply includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Any failure to comply with the directions of any university officials acting in the performance of their duties;(2) Any failure to identify oneself to university officials when requested to do so; or(3) Any failure to comply with the rules, regulations, procedures, policies, standards of conduct, or any order or directive of the university or any of its schools, colleges, and departments.Wash.
