Section 478-121-105 - Abuse of the student conduct process(1) Abuse of the student conduct process includes: (a) Attempting to influence the impartiality or participation of any presiding officer or any reviewing officer;(b) Influencing or attempting to influence another person to commit an abuse of the student conduct process; or(c) Submitting or providing false or misleading information in bad faith or with a view to personal gain or intentional harm to another in the conduct process.(2) This provision does not apply to reports made or information provided in good faith, even if the respondent is ultimately found not responsible in that conduct proceeding.Wash.
