Section 463-34-060 - Petitions for rule making - Disposition

In accordance with RCW 34.05.330 and WAC 82-05-040, within sixty days after receipt of the petition, the council shall deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons for the denial, and serve petitioner with a copy, or initiate rule-making proceedings.
