As set forth in RCW 21.20.710, the phrase "cash or comparable liquid assets" means: Legal tender of the United States of America, U.S. Treasury notes or bills, or other negotiable government securities with an ascertainable public market or other liquid assets as allowed with the express written permission of the securities administrator.
