Section 456-12-015 - Purpose of this chapter

The purpose of this chapter is to outline the organization and administration of the board of tax appeals (board), and to set forth rules that comply with the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW, and the Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW.
