Section 456-12-043 - Purpose and intent(1) These rules provide information to those who want to request access to public records of the board, and to establish processes for both requestors and the board. They are designed to best assist members of the public in obtaining such access.(2) The board will respond promptly to requests for records made under chapter 42.56 RCW, Public Records Act.Wash.
