Section 434-840-210 - Marriage application(1) Authorized personnel shall verify that the application for a marriage license and certificate of marriage form are completed in full. The certificate of marriage shall contain the program participant's authorization code and expiration date.(2) Authorized personnel shall provide the program participant with a "confidential records" envelope in which the program participant shall transmit all completed marriage documents to the county auditor or county recording officer.Wash.
