Section 434-663-300 - Quality of digital images

Ensuring the quality of digitized images requires exercising control over the conversion of the original image to digital data, enhancement of the digital image if necessary, compression of the digital data for storage, decompression of digital data for retrieval, displaying the image, and printing the image.
