Section 434-335-170 - Application for certification of modified voting systems or devicesThe application to certify a modification of an existing certified system must include, but is not limited to, the following information:
(1) Description of the applicant;(2) Description of the equipment or software under review, the modification, and all version numbers;(3) All changes to the operating and maintenance manuals;(4) Reports for all tests conducted on the modification by a voting system test laboratory;(5) Documentation that the modification meets all applicable federal voting equipment guidelines;(6) A complete description, in operational and technical detail, of all differences between the previously certified equipment or system and the modified equipment or system, prepared by the applicant.Wash.
