Section 434-335-300 - Logic and accuracy testing of vote tabulation systems

At least three days before each state primary or general election, the office of the secretary of state shall observe the official logic and accuracy test of the vote tabulation system prepared by the county auditor. The test must verify that the system will correctly count the votes cast for all candidates and all measures appearing on the ballot.
