Section 430-01-050 - Agency description-Contact information-Public records officer(1) WSSDA is an agency charged with the coordination of programs and procedures about policymaking and control and management among the school districts of Washington state. (4) The public records officer will oversee compliance with the act, but other WSSDA staff members may assist in processing the request. Therefore, these rules will refer to the public records officer or designee.
