Section 392-347-060 - Procedural requirements

The superintendent of public instruction shall determine procedures and forms for the administration of state participation in financing modernization of school facilities, such procedures and forms to be in addition to or in lieu of procedural requirements prescribed in chapter 392-344 WAC.
