Section 392-344-140 - Disbursements of moneys by school district(s) - Superintendent of public instruction filing

At such time as the total amount of local funds obligated by the school district have been expended, a signed statement by an authorized agent of the board of directors comprising a listing of all payments to contractors and others, including retainage, shall be submitted to the superintendent of public instruction.
