Section 392-344-075 - Contracts - Filing

The school district shall submit to the superintendent of public instruction one copy of the following contracts for projects approved by the superintendent of public instruction for state funding assistance:

(1) Educational specifications (WAC 392-344-050);
(2) Architect-engineer (WAC 392-344-055);
(3) Energy conservation report (WAC 392-344-060);
(4) Value engineering (WAC 392-344-065);
(5) Constructability review (WAC 392-344-066);
(6) Building commissioning (WAC 392-344-067);
(7) Construction management (WAC 392-344-068).
