Section 392-343-610 - Emergency repair grant applications - The superintendent of public instruction approval/disapproval

The superintendent of public instruction shall determine whether or not an application shall be funded and, if so, the amount to be funded. The superintendent of public instruction shall make the final decisions respecting emergency repair applications and grants.
