Section 392-122-160 - State special education program-Reporting(1)(a) At such times as are designated by the superintendent of public instruction, each school district and charter school shall report the number of students eligible for special education services according to instructions provided by the superintendent of public instruction.(b) The reported eligibility categories must be one of the categories identified in WAC 392-172A-01035.(2) Each school district and charter school shall provide, upon request, such additional data as are necessary to enable the superintendent of public instruction to allocate and substantiate the school district's or charter school's allocation of state special education moneys.Wash.
