Section 391-25-050 - Petition-Filing and service

A representation petition may be filed through the agency's online e-filing system, by email, or in writing to the agency's Olympia office, as required by WAC 391-08-120(1) and (2). The party filing the petition shall serve a copy of the petition (excluding any showing of interest) on the employer and each employee organization named in the petition as having an interest in the proceedings, as required by WAC 391-08-120(3) and (4).
