Section 391-08-315 - Interpreters
(1) For all adjudicative proceedings under the Administrative Procedure Act (cases under chapters 391-25, 391-35, and 391-45 WAC), the provisions of WAC 10-08-150 apply.
(2) For all cases that are not adjudicative proceedings under the Administrative Procedure Act (cases under chapters 391-55 and 391-65 WAC), the provisions of WAC 10-08-150 apply, except that all interpreter fees and expenses must be paid by the party that requests the participation of an impaired person as defined in chapter 2.42 RCW or a non-English-speaking person as defined in chapter 2.43 RCW.
