Section 388-891A-0945 - When does the IPE become effective?(1) Both an initial IPE and an amended IPE become effective when you and your DVR counselor have signed the IPE form.(2) Your signatures indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions of the IPE and your DVR counselor approves the IPE content.(3) DVR gives you a copy of the signed IPE in writing or provides it in an alternate format if needed.Wash.
