Section 388-891A-1165 - When does DVR make a direct payment to me? DVR makes a direct payment to you if you meet the conditions for DVR to pay for a VR service as outlined in WAC 388-891A-1100 and the following additional conditions:
(1) You sign a DVR direct payment agreement to acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of the agreement;(2) You only use direct payment funds to purchase VR services that you and your DVR counselor have agreed upon and that have been approved in advance;(3) You give your DVR counselor the itemized receipts or other itemized documentation of your purchase and its cost for all purchases within twenty calendar days of the purchase;(4) If you receive a direct payment in advance that is greater than the actual cost of the purchase, you must repay the difference between the cost of your purchase and the amount provided to you by DVR; and(5) If you do not provide itemized receipts or other itemized documentation of your purchase and its cost, you must repay any funds directly paid to you as a maintenance service, as described in WAC 388-891A-1102.Wash.
