Section 388-891A-1163 - May DVR pay for other fees charged by my institution of higher education when those fees are required as a condition of registration?(1) If an academic institution charges a fee to cover the cost of a student health clinic and the fee is required as a condition of registration, DVR pays this fee when financial aid funds are not adequate.(2) If an academic institution charges a liability fee to cover the costs of a student to register in high-risk courses, practicums, internships, or externships and the fee is required as a condition of registration, DVR pays this fee.(3) DVR must not pay for health insurance, as outlined in WAC 388-891A-1180.Wash. Admin. Code § 388-891A-1163
