Section 388-891A-1150 - May I select the services and service provider of my choice?(1) You may select VR services that you need to achieve an employment outcome that is consistent with your unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice.(2) You may select the service provider of your choice if the service provider meets the following conditions: (a) DVR pays for services that meet your needs at the least cost to meet your needs as follows: (i) If two or more providers of goods and services are adequate and available to meet your needs but differ in cost and you choose the higher cost provider, you are financially responsible for the difference in cost; and(ii) DVR may pay for goods and services at a higher cost if the costs are reasonably similar;(b) The service provider has operating capacity to serve you; and(c) The service provider meets all federal, state, and DVR requirements.Wash.
