Section 388-891A-1125 - If comparable services and benefits are available from another program or organization, and I do not want to use them, who is responsible for the cost of the services?(1) If you choose not to apply for and use comparable services and benefits that are available to you, as defined in WAC 388-891A-0010(1), you are responsible for the cost of the services.(2) Except for the services and circumstances outlined in WAC 388-891A-1110 and 388-891A-1120, DVR does not pay for services or benefits that can be provided to you or paid for by any other program.Wash.
