Section 388-891A-1240 - What happens to a device, tool, piece of equipment, or other item that has been loaned to me by DVR if I will still need it after my case service record is closed?
(1) If you have achieved the employment outcome on your IPE and the DVR counselor agrees you will continue to need the device, tool, piece of equipment, or other item to keep your job, DVR may transfer ownership to you at the time a DVR counselor closes your case service record.
(2) If you have not achieved an employment outcome at the time a DVR counselor closes your case service record and requests the return of the loaned equipment, you may request an exception to WAC 388-891A-1200 as outlined in WAC 388-891A-0205 to retain the device, tool, piece of equipment, or other item that DVR loaned to you.
