Section 388-891A-0230 - When may I ask for mediation?(1) You may ask for mediation any time you disagree with a decision DVR makes that affects the VR services that DVR provides to you.(2) DVR will not use mediation to deny or delay your right to a fair hearing.(3) You may request both mediation and a fair hearing at the same time.(4) If an agreement is reached during mediation, the fair hearing is canceled.Wash.
