Section 388-833-0020 - How long may a client receive support from a provider of intensive habilitation services?(1) The client may receive services from an IHS provider for a maximum of 90 consecutive days per admission.(2) Length of admission is based on the client's progress toward their family-identified goals.(3) Upon discharge from the intensive habilitation services program, the legally responsible entity - parent, legal representative, or primary caregiver - must resume care for the client.Wash.
