Section 388-829C-325 - How must a companion home provider protect a client from risks associated with bodies of water?(1) Any body of water at the companion home over twenty-four inches deep must be enclosed by a fence at least forty-eight inches high.(2) Any door or gate that directly leads to the body of water must have an audible alarm.Wash.
