Section 388-829C-234 - Will DDA reduce the companion home daily rate if additional waiver-funded respite hours are approved?(1) If DDA approves additional waiver-funded respite hours, DDA may reduce the companion home daily rate.(2) To reduce the companion home daily rate, DDA:(a) Divides the cost of the additional respite hours by the number of days remaining in the client's plan year; and(b) Subtracts that amount from the companion home daily rate for the remaining number of days in the plan year.(3) The cost of the additional respite hours is based on the identified respite provider's hourly rate.Wash.
