Section 388-829C-231 - What are the companion home provider's responsibilities when using respite?(1) The companion home provider must review with the respite provider: (a) The support needs identified in the client's person-centered service plan;(b) The need for the client to have access to their money as identified in their plan; and(c) Record keeping requirements.(2) The companion home provider must inform the respite provider of any scheduled events and appointments that will occur during the planned respite period.Wash.
