Section 388-828-3060 - How does DDA determine your total LOC score for ICF/IID level of care if you are age birth through fifteen years old?

DDA determines your total LOC score for ICF/IID level of care by adding all of your LOC scores on questions one through eighteen in the support assessment for children.
