Section 388-828-9550 - How does the residential algorithm determine if you are enrolled in the community protection program?

The residential algorithm determines that you are enrolled in the community protection program if your current DDA assessment (see WAC 388-828-6020 ) shows that you are:

(1) On the community protection waiver; or
(2) Considered for the community protection waiver.
