Section 388-818-560 - If I have a criminal conviction in my history, am I automatically disqualified?

No, if you have a criminal conviction in your history, you are not automatically disqualified, though a misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, or felony conviction may be grounds for disqualification. Crimes that are automatically disqualifying can be found on the DSHS website.
