Section 388-818-0370 - When is customer service available for clients?

The relay service provider and ODHH must ensure that customer service is available during regular work days (Monday through Friday excluding state holidays) to:

(1) Address client complaints or inquiries; and
(2) Respond to FCC staff members when requested.
