Section 388-71-1051 - Can DSHS deny or terminate a contract or rescind approval of an instructor or training entity?(1) DSHS may deny a person or organization seeking a contract with DSHS to conduct orientation, safety, 70-hour basic training, population specific training, specialty training, 30-hour training, 7-hour DDA parent provider training, nurse delegation core training, and nurse delegation specialized diabetes training, on-the-job training, or continuing education. No administrative remedies are available to dispute DSHS' decision not to contract with or approve a person or organization, except as may be provided through the contracting process.(2) DSHS may terminate an existing training contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. The contractor's administrative remedies are limited to those specified in the contract.(3) DSHS may terminate an existing training approval of a person or entity to conduct orientation, safety, 70-hour basic training, population specific training, specialty training, 30-hour training, 7-hour DDA parent provider training, nurse delegation core training, and nurse delegation specialized diabetes training, on-the-job training, or continuing education.Wash.
