Section 381-70-350 - Appearance and practice before agency - Who may appear

No person may appear in a representative capacity before the board or any member thereof at a parole revocation hearing other than the following:

(1) Attorneys at law, qualified and entitled to practice before the supreme court of the state of Washington.
(2) Out-of-state attorneys must comply with Admission to Practice Rule 7 (see Washington Court Rules).
