Section 372-68-010 - Authority

The state of Washington department of ecology pursuant to RCW 90.48.035, 90.48.270, and 90.48.280 hereby adopts and promulgates these rules and regulations for the development, submission, and adoption of water pollution control and abatement plans for sewage drainage basins.
