Section 365-220-010 - How may a member of the public appear before the governing board?

Members of the public may appear before the governing board at the board's regularly scheduled meetings or may submit written comments to the governing board for consideration at their regularly scheduled meetings. Requests for meeting schedules and agendas should be made to the chair of the governing board or his or her designee. Meeting schedules and agendas are also available online at the department's boards and councils web page.
