Section 365-210-120 - Manufactured home installation permit and inspections - Obligation of certified installer

If a certified installer obtains the manufactured home installation or placement permit from the local enforcement agency, the certified installer shall ensure that all required installation inspections, relative to the work performed by the certified installer, are completed.
