Section 36-12-285 - Procedure in the event that a referee is incapacitated(1) Timekeeper shall ring the bell and stop time.(2) The inspector or department representative shall command the boxers to stop boxing and direct the boxers to opposite neutral corners.(3) Physicians shall attend to the referee.(4) If the referee cannot continue, an alternate referee shall be assigned by the inspector or department representative.(5) Boxing and time shall resume at the referee's command of "time-in" or "box."Wash.
