Section 357-19-470 - What reemployment services does the employer provide to a former employee seeking reemployment under the provisions of WAC 357-19-465?The employer will provide assistance, such as the following, to an eligible former employee seeking reemployment under the provisions of WAC 357-19-465:
(1) Determination of job classes and/or positions for which the former employee is qualified;(2) Assistance regarding the employment/application process;(3) Reemployment consideration in accordance with the employer's certification procedure for positions for which the individual meets the competency and other position requirements; and(4) Access to training programs relevant to the job classes for which the former employee may become qualified.Wash.
