Section 352-78-040 - What are alternative methods of obtaining a boating education card?(1) Provide an opportunity for any person who so wishes, to demonstrate their boating safety knowledge by taking a commission-approved equivalency exam developed from the NASBLA and state question pools.(2) Provide an opportunity for any person who so wishes, to take a commission-approved correspondence course and self-test.(3) Provide an opportunity for any person who so wishes, to take a commission-approved internet course.Wash.
