Section 344-12-275 - Gas to be metered(1) Meters. All gas when produced or sold shall be metered with an approved meter of sufficient capacity, provided that gas may be metered from a lease or unitized property as a whole if it is shown that ratable taking can be maintained.(2) Meter charts and records. Purchasers shall keep, in a permanent file, for a period of at least two years, meter charts and records on gas purchased, and such information shall be made available to the supervisor.(3) Bypasses. Bypasses shall not be connected around meters in such manner as to permit the improper taking of gas.Wash. Admin. Code § 344-12-275
