Section 342-10-200 - Order of business(1) The order of commission meeting business shall be conducted as prescribed by the agenda.(2) Each meeting's agenda shall be prepared by the executive secretary and subject to chairman's approval.(3) The minutes of the preceding meeting(s) shall be approved by the commission as the first act of each regular meeting.(4) A meeting's agenda may receive modifications and changes during the meeting by the chairman or by motion.Wash.
