Section 332-160-090 - Committee member termsHow long do committee on geographic names members serve?
Committee members shall serve on the committee until a successor is appointed.
(1) The tribal representative serves a three-year term.(2) Initial appointments of the public members appointed shall be as follows:(a) One member for a one-year term.(b) One member for a two-year term.(c) One member for a three-year term.
