Section 332-08-335 - Oil and gas drilling - Appeal deadline

When must my appeal be filed? An appeal of a department suspension must be filed within fifteen days. Appeals of any other determination regarding oil and gas issues, chapter 78.52 RCW, must be filed within thirty days of the department's determination.
