Section 315-04-030 - License application(1) Any eligible person may apply for a license to act as a lottery retailer by first filing with the director a completed application on a form approved by the director, together with any supplement thereto, which shall include, but not be limited to, authorization to investigate criminal history, financial records and financial sources, said forms and supplements to be signed under oath.(2) The submission of an application shall not entitle any person to receive a license to act as a lottery retailer.
